We have received word from said friend in Iraq. He is well enough to be on the computer (posting from his myspace page) and well enough to already be annoyed at the doctors.
We are very relieved, and grateful for all the prayers.

This is definitely good news.
Of course, doctors are annoying necessities. Telling you what you should and shouldn't do, can and can't....
They're like tech support. And everyone hates tech support.
I'm glad to hear that, though hopefully he doesn't harrass the doctors too much.
