They're right.
It actually burns 135. Which is why my butt is still a massive thing that has its' own gravitational effect.
Isn't it strange how you can build up the best sweat when it's a "winter" activity?
LOL -- Just looked at the word verification I have to type in to post. It's "nocal" -- as in no calories?
